Objectives

• The main objectives are for delegates to fully understand the role and responsibilities of a Helideck Emergency Response Team Member and practice responding to a variety of helideck firefighting and non-firefighting emergency scenarios in a training environment.

Outcomes

Delegates successfully completing the course will have gained knowledge and skills of:• Helicopter emergency systems and controls• Helideck emergency systems and controls• Breathing apparatus and entry control• Helicopter firefighting tactics and techniques• Normally unattended installation (NUI) exercises
