Outcomes

By the end of the course the trainee will have the ability to:• Identify how to start the productive project and establish and develop an effective administrative system for the industrial establishment• Comprehensive practical application of the concept of leadership and analysis of support and service functions• Ability to set goals and practical application of strategic planning processes and the development of time programs to achieve the goals of the industrial and production workshops• Identify the risks of managing an industrial plant and its production and control workshops• Cover all aspects of the management and documentation processes of the management system and review it regularly
