• This CBP provides the necessary knowledge about Flag state implementation.

Outcomes

This Capacity Building Program provides familiarization with the principles and practices for application of:- IMO different conventions and related codes applicability and requirements.- IMO mandatory Audit scheme requirements.- Audit procedures and scopes.- Findings and audit results objectives and technicality to overcome them.

Course Contents

The role of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) had been changed from a consultative to regulatory then regulatory and monitoring organization. This Capacity Building Program has been tailored specially for Maritime Administration and staff shipping management personnel in order to be familiar with the practical application contents and requirements of international maritime conventions e.g.: SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW & MLC 2006. The Capacity Building Program satisfies the training requirements as per UNCLOS, Art. 94, Para. 7.
