• By the end of this program the trainee will be able to handle a small powerboat and RIB

Outcomes

The certificate qualifies a person to be responsible skipper of a small power boat or RIB up to a maximum length of 15 meters and its crew in coastal regions

Course Contents

The course covers subjects such as: collision regulations, boat launching, station keeping, recovering and handling in shallow water, rope work, introduction to VHF.
