• Introduction to Maritime Law. • Maritime Trade Law • The Contract of Pilotage Services • Towage Services Technical aspects of pilotage operations• Legal Aspects of Marine Accidents and Marine Losses.• Maritime collision in international law and responsibility arising from it. Code of the International Standards and Recommended Practices for a Safety Investigation into a Marine Casualty or Marine Incident• International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78.• International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship’s Ballast Water and Sediments, 2004• International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage (CLC).
