Code of the International Standards and Recommended Practices for a Safety Investigation into a Marine Casualty or Marine Incident• International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78.• International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship’s Ballast Water and Sediments, 2004• International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage (CLC).
