Objectives

• Upon completion of this course, participants will Learn: trainee will know ship’s terms, basic principles of ship’s stability, trim, regulations resistance and powering. Also students will be well acquainted with different types of ships, system framing, structural members, materials and welding process

Outcomes

Design and build ships, offshore platforms, Ocean structures and all their components including hull, propulsion machinery, steering systems, and outfitting taking into consideration economic, social, safety and environmental factors
