Objectives

• ▪ Implement the ROPES model effectively within the instructional design project to enhance learning engagement ▪ Evaluate the alignment of training materials with the learning objectives and the overall instructional strategy.▪ Evaluate training materials based on feedback to meet the specified needs of the target audience.

Outcomes

Upon the completion of the program, Students will be able to:● Apply phases of the ADDIE model to create a cohesive training package.● Present the final instructional design project effectively to stakeholders.
