By the end of this module, you should be able to: • Articulate the definition of coaching and understand the key differences between coaching, mentoring, and counseling, including the goals, approaches, and dynamics of each.2- Identify the different purposes of coaching, such as personal and professional development, performance improvement, leadership enhancement, and change facilitation, and be able to apply this understanding to real-world coaching scenarios.• Explain the core principles that underpin effective coaching, including building trust and rapport, maintaining confidentiality, respecting coaches’ autonomy, using powerful questioning, active listening, and providing constructive feedback.• 4-List the ethical standards and professional conduct expected of coaches, including adhering to a code of ethics, maintaining confidentiality and data protection, establishing professional boundaries, and managing conflicts of interest.• 5- Recognize the importance of self-awarenes
