By the end of this Module, you should be able to: 1- Describe knowledge of various coaching models and processes, including the GROW model, OSCAR model, and CLEAR model, and understand how these frameworks can be used to structure coaching sessions effectively.2- Demonstrate the principles of setting SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) in coaching sessions, enabling them to assist clients in creating clear and achievable objectives.3- Develop skills in designing action plans that align with client goals and facilitate progress towards desired outcomes.4- List different strategies for tracking and measuring client progress, allowing them to effectively assess and evaluate client achievements and challenges.5- Address client values, beliefs, strengths, areas for improvement, and potential self-sabotage behaviors, enabling them to provide holistic and impactful coaching support to clients.
