Objectives

• - Introduce children to geographical vocabulary with simple maps and to help them to understand key concepts.- Promote fluency and communicative exercises by tackling different speaking activities.- Boost their knowledge about different language aspects by teaching them different topics like latest facts and some ecological foot print values in the country statistics.- Inspire children with their personal development to enable them to nurture future achievement.

Outcomes

By the end of this course, Students can do the following:Reading and Listening topics:- Read a magazine about jungle.- Discuss articles about "Bhutan".- Use information learnt about some movies and implement them in their real life.- Listen to monologues about abilities.- Listen to some radio reports about celebrities.Writing and Speaking topics:- Write formal and in formal e-mails.- Exchange ideas about letter complaint.- State and defend opinions in informal discussions using idioms and tongue twisters.
