Objectives

  • This course looks at the planning for a supply chain. This starts with the design of a logistics strategy, and then shows how this strategy can be implemented. Important decisions include the structure of the supply chain and the location, number and size of facilities. These decisions lead to lower level plans to organize activities and resources.
