Objectives

• This training course is intended for Installation / Service technicians and Administrators or anybody who will be involved with installing and maintaining CCTV systems.

Outcomes

• Dealing with the different units of the operating system, which allows it to organize the work and facilitate access to it at any time.• Creating and dealing with an email to be used during the course of the session (which adds the skill of dealing on the computer and linking it to the mobile phone, which increases the student’s skill).• Understand and fix some operating system malfunctions that may occur.• Explain how to design a CCTV system, specify functions and features, and choose hardware.• Understand all video technology aspects from light sources to video monitors and recorders.

Course Contents

• Dealing with office programs such as (Excel MS - Word MS) and how to operate them• Understand and use the interface of each program.• Preparing and making reports in MS Word - in a way that benefits the work done by the student.• Preparing and making statistical tables in MS Excel - in a way that benefits the work done by the student.• Dealing with different surveillance cameras.• Dealing with networks and understanding malfunctions and their impact on systems.• Reviewing recordings, making and preparing reports and submitting them to specialists.
