Outcomes

By the end of this course, Learners can do the following:Reading and Listening topics:• Understand and extract the essential information from short, recorded passages.• Identifying main ideas of discussion in fast speech.• Recognizing different time expressions.• Identify the main idea of various reading texts.Writing and Speaking topics:• Participate in short conversations in routine contexts.• Answer warm-up questions individually or as a class.• Do an – open ended practice of the language about various themes.• Use descriptive expressions to describe different topics like changing for the better, an inspiring person and charity. • Match various vocabulary items to their equivalents or meanings.• Tell a story or describe something in a simple list of points.• Revise basic grammar points and language functions needed for spoken communication.
