By the end of this course, Learners can do the following:Reading and Listening topics:• Understand enough to manage simple, routine tasks.• Understand clear, standard speech on familiar matters.• Identify the topic of discussion around him/her that is conducted clearly.• Check spelling and revise own written work.Writing and Speaking topics:• Write a biography.• Write a proposal.• Play the roles of speakers in basic conversations.• Revise all forms and uses of some simple grammar rules.• Write short, simple notes and messages.• Use the exact or similar wording in different texts.• Answer specific questions concerning general instructions.• Exchange information and negotiate meaning in various situations.
