Objectives

  • - Develop effective communication skills that correspond to the common European framework of Reference for languages (CEFR)- Train students how to use the book's digital format and how to apply the audio programmes and listening activities' techniques and games- Instruct students to read reality texts that include fascinating facts and e-mails

Outcomes

By the end of this course, Students can do the following:Reading and Listening topics:- Make a general prediction about the future and give explanation for choices- Describe someone's physical appearance and personality- Use modifying adjectives - Label maps and match descriptions to pictures- Explain student's preference for vacation destinationWriting and Speaking topics:- Write a letter describing geographical features and articles with tips on "illness and injury"- Talk for an extended period on any familiar topic with rising and falling intonations in questions- Make a simple informal presentation to write a personal profile- Use the real conditional, gerund and infinitives correctly
