Objectives

• Developing the students, ability to understand the total content and underlying meaning in the text .- Developing correct reading habits , silently and grasping the meaning of words and sentences .- Grasping the substance and central idea of what is heard.- Developing Students’ ability to present information in an organized manner in spoken or written English.

Outcomes

By the end of this course, Students can do the following:- Student are able to improve their speaking ability in terms of fluency and comprehensibility . - Students are able to increase their reading speed and comprehension of academic materials.-Students are able to summarize information from academic sources distinguishing between main ideas and details.- Students are able to give oral presentations and receive feedback on their performance.
