• This Program aims to teach students how to:• Apply a set of best practice project management skills to any project.• Successfully plan and implement projects.• Complete a project within budget and on schedule.

Outcomes

Upon the completion of this course, student will be able to:• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of project management capability• Identify the key elements of a Project Plan, including project definition, objectives, budgets and time schedules• Understand "Critical Path Method" of project planning, flow and control, and other project frameworks• Develop the most effective management structures for the maintenance of project control• Monitor a project's progress and success
