Objectives

• - Develop students' confidence in talking about different topics related to units covered in this level.- Familiarize students with some pronunciation important tips.- Develop students' writing skills by practicing different short writing passages.- Develop students speaking skills by exposing them to different speaking tasks.

Outcomes

By the end of this course, Students can do the following:Reading and Listening topics:- Understand the gist of some audio exercises.- Recognize situation and identify key words given in some listening tasks.- Read about technology and gain new vocabulary related to it.- Read biographies of famous people and be able to summarize it. Writing and Speaking topics:- Talk about past and future vacations.- Pronunciation practice using sentence stress.- Write a journal entry. - Write a paragraph using regular and irregular verbs.
