Objectives

• • Understanding how to use Adobe Photoshop tools and features to modify selections, color images, create artworks, repair images defects and retouch them.• Understanding how to use the various tools and animation features in Adobe Flash to create various types of animation projects.• Understanding how to use HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver program to create a variety of websites that contain text, images, lists, tables, horizontal rules and flash files.

• Learning how to design and manipulate images for print layouts and web publishing.• Acquiring the required skills for designing animated images. • Knowing how to design websites and publish them.• Anyone interested in learning graphic design or those who want to acquire designing skills and know how to edit and enhance images digitally.• Students who want to gain the skills of creating animations.• Students who are new to web design and want to know how to create websites using HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver and publish them on the web.

Adobe Photoshop• Introducing what Adobe Photoshop is and what it is used for.• Knowing how to create new Photoshop documents and how to save them in print and web formats.• Understanding how to work with selection, painting, typing, drawing, cropping, retouching, zooming and navigation tools. • Understanding what layers are and knowing how to work with them.• Knowing how to transform images using Puppet warp feature, Free transform and Transform commands.• Knowing how to work with preset and custom layer effects and styles in Adobe Photoshop.Adobe Flash• Introducing what Adobe Flash is and what it is used for.• Knowing how to creating new Flash documents and how to set their properties.• Learning how to work with zooming, navigation, drawing selection, transforming, painting and typing tools.• Understanding how to work with timeline, frames and layers.• Knowing how to import graphic and sound files to Flash documents.• Understanding how to create frame by frame animation
