Objectives

• The course aims at:•Providing children with the necessary vocabulary words needed to be used in everyday situation. •Helping children to produce clear, well-structured spoken sentences.•Preparing children for the International Exam: Cambridge English Movers (YLE Movers).•Providing material for practice in all areas of the exam.

Outcomes

By the end of this course, children should be able to:•Understand basic instructions in English.•Take part in simple conversations.•Answer questions and write down simple facts (such as days of the week, times or names) they hear or read in a children's story.•Fill out a simple form or respond to questions about themselves.

Course Contents

The course uses material which focuses on the skills needed to communicate effectively in English through listening, speaking, reading and writing. The course also offers material provides students with an overview of the movers exam.
