Objectives

  • At the end of this course the delegates will know how to manage the performance of key function according to integrated management systems (IMS) and how to implement the new system. (IMS) is a total management concept Integrating Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environment (ISO 14001:2015), and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001:2018) management standard. Carrying out an integrated system would help companies in every respect of continual improvement in their management system.

• Study the scope and purpose of ISO 9001.• List the ISO 9000 series family of standards.• The structure of the ISO 9000:2015 series of standards.• Key elements of EMS standard and its relationship to ISO 9001.• Determination of environmental aspects and methodologies for establishing significant impacts, management control over operations and monitoring of performance.• The background and general introduction to occupational, health & safety developments.• ISO 45001:2018 requirements.• IMS concept, definition and documentation. • Integration of system documentation.• IMS implementation.
