This course focuses on the essential skills and techniques for effective recruitment and selection of top talent. Participants will learn how to attract, screen, and select the best candidates for open positions within an organization
• Job analysis and job description development• Recruitment methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)• Screening techniques (e.g., resume screening, phone interviews)• Conducting effective interviews (behavioral, situational, case studies)• Assessment centers and other selection tools• Employer branding and building a strong employer reputation• A focus on digital recruiting: Explore the use of social media, online platforms, and AI-powered tools for sourcing and attracting talent. • Discuss unconscious bias in recruitment: Raise awareness of potential biases in the hiring process and strategies to mitigate them.
