Objectives

• This course aims at providing the candidates with the whole laboratory total testing process phases that includes pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical processes. Pre-analytical process includes standardizing the sampling and transportation processes, the pre-analytical variables. Also provide the candidate with information about Analytical method performance in Lab (precision, accuracy, Analytical. sensitivity and specificity, practicability, type of error, clinical performance of a lab test, Analytical method verification, internal Quality control program in medical laboratories, External Quality assessment and proficiency testing. Post-analytical process includes lab reporting from different standards prospective, Auto verification and Delta check. Standardized reporting process in the post-post analytical phase with advisory comments and services through proper communication with the clinicians.
