Objectives

• This course aims at providing the candidates with a general view about the basic concepts of management and governance. The course will also address how to have an effective governing body to move in an organizational direction using the departmental leadership with a positive ethical culture. It will also help the lab professional to develop and monitor the lab management system. The course also aims at providing different leadership levels and TOR according to the lab structure and size.
