Objectives

• This course is designed to introduce the major elements and fundamental for achieving the quality principles in healthcare among all service levels – outpatient, inpatient, ambulatory and homecare. Furthermore, this course introduces the methodology of planning, implementing, monitoring and continually improving all healthcare services. Also it emphasizes both patient and healthcare organization rights and duties to perform the service safely.
