Biography Dr. Nor Azwadi Che Sidik was born in Kelantan on 23rd September 1977. Dr. Nor Azwadi received B.Sc. (2001, Kumamoto Univ., Japan), M.Sc. (2003, UMIST, UK) and P.hD (2007, Keio Univ., Japan) degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he is a senior lecturer at Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, UTM. Dr Nor Azwadi has published 387 indexed articles in SCOPUS/WoS with h-index 50 and 7377 citations. Among his excellent achievements are:

Biography Essam H. Houssein (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computer science, in 2012. He is currently a Professor of Artificial Intelligence with the Faculty of Computers and Information, Minia University, Minia, Egypt. He is the founder and the Chair of Artificial Intelligence Research (AIR) Group, Egypt. He has more than 200 scientific research articles published in prestigious international journals. His research interests include Meta-heuristics Optimization Algorithms, WSN, Bioinformatics, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, Data Mining. He serves as a Reviewer for more than 100 journals, such as Elsevier, Springer, and IEEE.

Biography Prof. Dr. Alaa A. Abdelbary is a distinguished academic and researcher published more than 300 research papers in reputable journals and conferences. currently serving as the Vice President for Postgraduates Studies and Scientific Research at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in Alexandria, Egypt. With a strong focus on applying innovative mathematical and computational approaches to solve complex physical problems, Prof. Abdel Bary has made significant contributions to the field. His expertise extends to the use of machine learning techniques for decision support systems, where he has demonstrated a keen ability to integrate cutting-edge technologies into practical applications. As the Vice President at AASTMT, he leads a dedicated team in the sector of higher studies and scientific research, overseeing numerous national and international projects in the field of science and technology. Prof. Abdelbary's influence in the academic community extends beyond his institutional role. He is an active member of the Naqaa Nanotechnology Network and the International Leadership Association, highlighting his commitment to fostering collaboration and advancing knowledge in his field. Additionally, he serves on the editorial boards of prestigious journals such as the Journal of Applied Science Research, Australian Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences, and International Journal of Renewable Energy Technology Research.With a passion for sharing knowledge, Prof. Abdel Bary has authored several books in mathematics and statistics, including notable titles such as "Pure Mathematics with Applications" (Alexandria, 2002), "Financial Mathematics" (Alexandria, 2003), and "Probability and Statistics" (Alexandria, 2006). His publications have contributed to the academic community and have become valuable resources for students and researchers alike. Prof. Abdelbary’s dedication to academia and his profound research contributions have earned him recognition as Editor- in – chief, Editorial board and reviewer for many esteemed journals. Prof Abdelbary organizes many and many conferences in the field of Mathematics, Computer science, Remote sensing, Environment and Future studies. He is the legal representative for Arab Academy in EU, USAID, WFP, UfM, Unimed and EMUNI. In February 2022 he got his DSc in Mathematics from Alexandria university, as the first mathematician to obtain such a degree from Alexandria university. Prof. Abdelbary is the Rapporteur of the National Committee for Mathematics and the chairman of the council of Future studies and risk management in Egypt. Last but not least Abdelbary selected in the EMUNI Senate for a 4- years starting from May 2023.

Biography Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Azura Hamzah was born in Penang, Malaysia, on September 16, 1981. She received B.Eng. in Communication Engineering from International Islamic University Malaysia, in 2005, M.Eng. in Telecommunication Engineering and Ph.D. in Fiber Optic Communication from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. In 2013, Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Azura Hamzah joined Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, Universiti Technologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur as Senior Lecturer. In 2021, she was promoted as Associate Professor and currently she is the Head of Department for Department of Electronic Systems Engineering, Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, Universiti Technologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Azura Hamzah is the IEEE Senior Member, and she is actively involved in IEEE Photonic Society Malaysia Chapter. Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Azura Hamzah is a distinguished academician and researcher in the fields of Photonics. Throughout her career, she has made significant breakthroughs in the development of photonic devices. Her research on novel fiber lasers, amplifiers and sensors has garnered international recognition and has been published in numerous high-impact scientific journals.

Biography Sumiaty AMBRAN holds the position of senior lecturer within the Electronic Systems Engineering Department at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She embarked on her academic journey by earning her Bachelor's degree in Electronics Telecommunication Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Johor, Malaysia, in 2005. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued her passion for learning and obtained a Master's degree from Universiti of MARA in Selangor, Malaysia, in 2008. Determined to advance her expertise in the field of Optoelectronics, Sumiaty went on to complete her Ph.D. at the prestigious Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC), University of Southampton, United Kingdom, in 2013. Her dedication to her profession is underscored by her certification as a Professional Engineer (PEng) by the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, and her recognition as a Chartered Engineer by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in the United Kingdom. In her role as a senior lecturer, she actively engages in teaching, research, and consultancy projects. Her contributions to academia extend to a series of published journals and proceedings at both national and international levels. Her research endeavours focus on various facets of optical engineering, including planar integrated optical devices, optical sensors, optical interconnects, rare-earth-doped optical devices, and applications of optical amplifiers. Her dedication to the field of electronic systems engineering and her commitment to knowledge dissemination continue to shape her impressive academic and professional journey.
