Practical Training
For engineers to become successful leaders in industry and government, they must enhance the practical knowledge with the theory, creativity, a facility to work in team and inspire confidence in their efforts, and the ability to communicate better.These skills will help engineering graduates to become more competitive and responsible when they enter the job market. So, the department offers a great opportunity for the students to have a practical training during summer vacation.
Every student has two training opportunities:
- For 180 credit hour system: one after 108 credit hours achieved and another after 144 credit hours achieved.
- For 160 credit hour system: one after 64 credit hours achieved and another after 80 credit hours achieved.

At the end of the training, the student will be evaluated by the training authority through an assessment sheet to stand on the knowledge and skills the student has gained.
