The AASTMT Alumni Association was established in August 1998 and it was the 1st official entity within the university to provide a focused and real service to the graduates. The association was established with an objective to create a solid community and strengthen the bond between AASTMT and its alumni through creating a lifetime relationship. We aim to ensure that our graduates stay in contact with us and their fellow alumni to learn and share experiences.

Upon joining the Alumni Career Fair
• Deadline: Companies must confirm their participation at least two weeks before the event
• Payment process: After Completing your registration form to participation, you'll receive an initial invoice (Pre Invoice). After payment is confirmed then get a final e-invoice within 1-2 days on the tax portal
• Required Information: Companies need to submit a PDF file including Company overview (name, industry, mission&vision)
• List of job vacancies or training programs
• List of company representatives with ID copies
• List of items to bring to the booth
• Financial Implications:
• Non-Refundable: Once paid, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of circumstances.
• Payment Deadline: Failure to settle the fee by the designated deadline will result in the cancellation of your participation.
As a part of the alumni's role in improving employment and training opportunities for graduates we host an annual Career fair which provides an excellent opportunity for graduates to meet as well as to start networking with a variety of interested human resource professionals and organizations and learn about Career and internship opportunities .
