Dr. Sally Mahmoud Abd El-Wahab Lecturer, College of Language and Communication – AASTMT, Alexandria Dr. Sally Abd El-Wahab is a dedicated English language lecturer at the College of Language and Communication, Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT). With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, she has played a pivotal role in advancing English language education across the Academy’s campuses. At AASTMT, she has served as Supervisor of the Languages Department (Port Said Campus), where she mentored faculty, developed English for Specific Purposes (ESP) curricula for engineering, computer science, logistics, and maritime students, and ensured quality assurance in teaching and assessment. She also contributed to exam design, administration, and curriculum innovations that align with both academic and industry needs. In addition to her teaching at the College of Language and Communication in Alexandria, Dr. Abd El-Wahab has provided consultancy for the AASTMT International Examination Centre, a Cambridge-authorized testing and preparation hub, where she supported teacher training, exam coordination, and program development in line with international standards. Her research and publications focus on curriculum design, student partnership in program development, and integrating innovative pedagogical methods to enhance communication skills. She has also presented at national and international conferences, reflecting her commitment to bridging theory and practice in English language education. Recognized for her contributions, Dr. Abd El-Wahab has twice received the Shield of Academic Excellence from AASTMT. Through her teaching, leadership, and research, she continues to enrich the Academy’s mission of preparing students with the language and communication skills essential for their academic and professional success.
