Veterinarian with appropriate level of knowledge of Food Safety, laboratory and Quality Management issues. Experience within the field of consultation auditing and training gained over the past 13 years working as Lecturer, Consultant and Auditor, supported with a wide range of postgraduate and professional ( Food Control Diploma, Master and PhD) studies in Egypt. During the past years I participated in qualifying companies, organizations and entities seeking to establish and implement quality, Laboratory , and Food Safety management systems as well as organizational excellence.
