Since starting my academic career in 2012, I have worked as a graduate teaching assistant in the department of Architectural engineering and environmental design at the Arab Academy of Science, technology and maritime transport (Cairo). I was awarded a scholarship for my excellence with honors as an undergraduate student where I had my B.Sc. degree. I worked as a research assistant in the department to pursue my M.sc degree which gave me the opportunity to become an associate member in the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA II). I assisted in different design and execution studios during my teaching career. I also tutored a design studio where the focus was to teach students to develop architecture solutions that conceptualize and correspond to context. Beside my teaching and research duties, I had administrative tasks. I was responsible for coordinating department schedules and appointing teaching assistants to different courses.
