Ahmed Osman, Ph.D., is currently an Associate Professor at the Marine and Offshore Engineering Department, Arab Academy Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. Dr. Osman is coordinating the ABET (US Accreditation) committee and the Education-Quality committee within the department. He got his Ph.D. in Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. His research interests focus on Corrosion Engineering, Acoustic Emission, Materials Engineering, Marine and Offshore Engineering. Associate Professor Osman has multinational research collaborations especially in the European, Oceania and Asia-Pacific regions.
