Description/Outcomes Software development is not a straightforward process and often requires multiple iterations between the development phases. To cope with this dynamic nature of software development, software engineers need to control the changes in the development process. Software Configuration Management (SCM) is the activity that helps us control the evolution of a software project. This course is a comprehensive review of SCM as a software-engineering discipline supporting all life-cycle phases by relying on tools and techniques to manage changes in software, including documentation, code, interfaces, and databases.
