Description/Outcomes	This course is a part of “Patient Care Cluster IV”. It aims at training the student to tailor the dose regimen according to the case in hand. The special patient population include patients with cardiovascular diseases, renal failure, hepatic failure, autoimmune diseases, pregnant and lactating women, infants, geriatrics. The course also prepares to pharmacist to communicated with such populations and assess their needs.
arabic Description/Outcomes	هذا المقررهو جزء من "رعاية المرضي - المجموعة الرابعة ". وهو يهدف إلى تدريب الطالب لتكييف نظام الجرعة حسب الحالة في متناول اليد. فئات خاصة من المرضي تشمل المرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، والفشل الكلوي، الفشل الكبدي، وأمراض المناعة الذاتية، والنساء الحوامل والمرضعات، والأطفال الرضع، وأمراض الشيخوخة. المقرر ايضا يعد الصيدلي ليتواصل مع هؤلاء المرضي وتقييم احتياجاتهم.
