Description/Outcomes	This course represents the first of the “Training Rotation Series”. Activities for this course are designed to introduce the students to basic management and orientation skills in different pharmacy practice settings in Community Pharmacies and virtual pharmacy (160 actual training time in summer). Students are required to identify and track drug ordering and supply methods, drug pricing structures, drug dispensing procedures, and human resource aspects in each setting they rotate to. Participants are also required to critically assess the procedural aspects of the practice setting and recognize potential causes of drug errors. Students are closely followed by training site preceptors and report to College preceptors in bi-weekly progress review meetings.
arabic Description/Outcomes	يمثل هذا المقرر الأول من "سلسلة التدريب المتناوبة". تم تصميم الأنشطة لهذا المقرر إلى تعريف الطلاب على المهارات الإدارية والتوجيهية اللازمة في مختلف إعدادات الممارسة الصيدلية في صيدليات المجتمع والصيدلة الظاهرية (160 ساعة وقت التدريب الفعلي في الصيف). ويطلب من الطلاب تحديد وتتبع طلب الادوية وطرق توفيرها وهياكل تسعير الأدوية، وإجراءات صرفها ، والموارد البشرية في كل وضع يتناوبون عليه. يجب على المشاركين تقييم الجوانب الإجرائية لإعداد الممارسات تقييم نقدي والتعرف على الأسباب المحتملة لأخطاء الادوية. و يتابع الطلاب عن كثب مرشدين من موقع التدريب و يقدمون تقرير إلى المرشدين بالكلية في اجتماعات الاستعراض مرة كل أسبوعين.
