Description/Outcomes Recent LV DC/DC converters (SEPIC, ZETA, interleaved converter, and cascaded converters). Module integrated converters (No dc-link and with dc link types, and Pseudo dc-link converter. High power converters and their semiconductor devices. Mitigation of common mode voltage. Active PWM voltage source rectifiers. Active PWM current source rectifiers. Applications of industrial converters in power transmission (STATCOM, UPFC, and HVDC). Applications of industrial converters in power quality (Series, shunt active power filter, and unified power quality conditioner). Applications of industrial converters in renewable energy.
