Description/Outcomes This course aims at introducing the knowledge and skills required for managing a project. Each phase is learned through a series of exercises, and practiced using a descriptive technique. Topics will include enterprise organizational solution discovery, project leadership, team formation, and motivational approaches.

objectives Project management is a practice that requires integration of a great deal of resources. This course provides models and ways to understand current and new project management in order to be able to take appropriate decisions. The course provides insight into what is important for project managers, and provides a way to achieve mastery of the activities that can lead to the success of a project. These skills are necessary for E-commerce students as they work on different types of projects including web site development.
