 Prof. Qin is Leader of the Navigation and Testing Laboratory of the Electronic Information and Engineering School at Beihang University, China. He received the bachelor degree in computor application from Changchun Institute of Optical Precision Machinery,Changchun,China, in 1996. He Received the M.S degree in Electrical from Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin,China, in 1998,and the Ph.D degree in Navigation, Guiding and Control from Harbin  Engineering  University, Harbin, China, in 2001. From July 2001 to May 2003, he worked in Beihang University as postdoctor. Now, he worked in School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Beihang University as full professor.

His  main  research  interests comprise Global  Navigation  Satellite  System(GNSS), Radio Navigaiton System and  Integrated Navigation,  especially  in  high  sensitivity  GNSS  receiver,  attitude  determination  using  GNSS  and  GPS/INS ultra-tighted integrated system.

He was supported by the Beihang Blue-sky New Star Plan in 2010.  In recent years, Dr. QIN got many national and ministry level projects and published around 100 academic papers indexed by SCI (E), EI and ISTP database. He published 2 academic books, 20 invent patents and obtained three Provincial Science and Technology Awards.
