The Cultural and Social Activities Department in Miami organized a special student trip to Dahab to boost student morale and energy amidst stunning natural scenery — from Monday, January 19th to Friday, January 23rd, 2026

As part of the Deanship of Student Affairs' plan for the 2025/2026 academic year, and in implementation of a comprehensive strategy aimed at supporting student activities and building a well-rounded student personality, the Cultural and Social Activities Department at the Miami branch of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport organized a student trip to Dahab, one of the most prominent tourist destinations known for its unique environmental and natural features.

The trip was part of the mid-year trip program, which enjoys widespread popularity among the Academy's students. It lasted four days and three nights, amidst an atmosphere of fun and joy surrounded by stunning natural beauty, providing students with a comprehensive recreational and educational experience outside the traditional academic setting.

The trip aimed to give students an opportunity to rejuvenate their minds and bodies and strengthen their social bonds, which will positively impact their academic performance at the start of the second semester. This was achieved through organized recreational and group activities that contributed to developing teamwork and effective communication among the participants.

The Deanship of Student Affairs emphasized that organizing such trips reflects the Academy's commitment to supporting students psychologically and socially, and its belief in the role of student activities in developing a well-rounded personality capable of balancing academic and human aspects. This was done under the patronage and guidance of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Academy, and with the support of Professor Dr. Mohamed Abu El-Azm, Dean of Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalifa Mohanna, Assistant Dean, within the framework of an institutional vision that places the student at the forefront of its priorities.

The trip program was executed with meticulous organization, providing full supervision to ensure the students' safety and maximize the program's benefits. Cameras also captured the most prominent events and memorable moments, which will remain cherished memories for the participating students.
