The Cultural and Social Activities Department in Abu Qir organized a ceremony to honor outstanding students at the College of Management and Technology as part of the end-of-year celebrations and the start of the new year on December 30, 2025.

The Cultural and Social Activities Department at Abu Qir University organized celebratory events at the Faculty of Management and Technology in Miami, honoring outstanding and distinguished students as part of the end-of-year celebrations and welcoming the new year. The event was filled with joy and happiness, and was attended by distinguished faculty leaders and members. The activities were held under the supervision of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ashraf Adel Labib, Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Samadisi, Vice Dean for Education, and Professor Dr. Sherif Hassan, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, who contributed to supporting and motivating students to excel and distinguish themselves, and to instilling a spirit of healthy competition and academic belonging. The ceremony included the distribution of certificates of appreciation to outstanding students and top graduates, in the presence of the heads of academic departments, including Professor Dr. Ayman Metwally, Head of the Department of Marketing and International Business, Professor Dr. Taha Qassem, Head of the Department of Political Science, Professor Dr. Rasha El-Maslamani, Head of the Department of Accounting, and Professor Dr. Heba Sadek, Head of the Department of Media Management. A number of faculty members and students also participated, adding to the event's lively and interactive atmosphere. The events were held with the support and follow-up of the Deanship of Student Affairs, headed by Professor Dr. Mohamed Abu Al-Azm, Dean of Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, Assistant Dean, stressing the Academy’s commitment to sponsoring students and encouraging them to excel academically and behaviorally, within the framework of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport’s strategy, led by Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail, President of the Academy, to promote an integrated university environment that combines knowledge, creativity, and ethical values.
