The Cultural and Social Activities Department in Abu Qir organized a student day full of joy and creativity to celebrate the start of the new year, with the participation of students from the academy's colleges and institutes, on December 24, 2025.

The Cultural and Social Activities Department at the Deanship of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Student Union of the College of Fisheries Technology and Aquaculture, organized a special student day. Students from the College of Maritime Transport and Technology and the Institute of Technology and Industrial Modernization participated, reflecting the Deanship's commitment to supporting student activities and fostering a spirit of participation among the Academy's students. The day was vibrant and filled with joy and positive energy, featuring a variety of recreational and creative activities. This provided students with an opportunity to enjoy themselves, interact, and celebrate the start of the new academic year in a friendly atmosphere that reflected their youthful spirit and sense of belonging to university life. The events were held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mohamed Abu El-Azm, Dean of Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, and with the generous support of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
