The Cultural and Social Activities Department at Miami University organized a chess tournament between students from the College of Fisheries and Aquaculture and the College of Maritime Transportation, in the presence of the college dean – Thursday, November 19, 2025

 The Student Council of the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquaculture, under the supervision of the Cultural and Social Activities Office at the Faculty, organized a chess competition with students from the Faculty of Maritime Transport on November 19, 2025. The competition was very popular among the students, and the presence of Dr. Hatem Hanafi, Dean of the Faculty, and his friendly participation in the competition had a great impact on the success of the day and the happiness of the students. All thanks and appreciation to the Student Council of the Faculty for organizing the day and its active participation in the activities. The Faculty Activities Office and the Deanship of Student Affairs, headed by Professor Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Abu Al-Azm and Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, provide all support to all students to implement the largest number of cultural and social activities throughout the academic year, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Academy.
