IEEE Students Organize "Leading Your Career" Conference to Develop Student Skills for the Job MarketStudents from the International Institute of the Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, in cooperation with the Cultural and Social Activities Department in Abu Qir, organized a conference entitled "Leading Your Career" from September 25-27, 2025. The conference aimed to train students in career planning and prepare them for the future job market.

The conference included several workshops and panel discussions that addressed how to prepare a professional resume, methods for charting a career path after graduation, and ways to develop skills and leverage personal capabilities to effectively deal with the demands and challenges of the modern work environment.The conference hosted a select group of lecturers and specialists who shared their expertise and experiences with the students, contributing to enhancing their professional awareness and equipping them with practical tools to help them build successful careers. The conference was organized with the support and guidance of Professor Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Abu El-Azm, Dean of Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.
