AASTMT is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in its workforce, including employing individuals with disabilities. we have a number of initiatives in place to support employees with disabilities, and it is continually working to improve its accessibility practices. AASTMT has a dedicated Human Resources department that provides a range of services to employees with disabilities. ​​​​​​​

AASTMT believes that all individuals, regardless of their abilities, have the potential to make valuable contributions to the workplace. Also, committed to providing the support and resources that employees with disabilities need to succeed in their roles. As well as, proud of its commitment to employing individuals with disabilities and strongly believes that a diverse workforce is essential for innovation and success.
