Negotiation Skills Seminar under “She Leads Universities” Program

 

The Youth Leaders Foundation organized an insightful awareness seminar for female students of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport – Alamein Branch, as part of the “She Leads Universities” program, which aims to empower young women and build their capacities in entrepreneurship and freelancing.

The seminar, titled “Negotiation Skills,” covered key concepts related to effective negotiation strategies, communication development, and decision-making in various work environments, contributing to preparing a generation capable of competing in today’s job market.

“She Leads Universities” is a comprehensive developmental program that goes beyond training, serving as a platform for empowering young women through specialized content, expert mentorship, and networking opportunities that help participants transform their ideas into actionable projects.

The program aims to prepare confident female leaders across different career paths, whether in entrepreneurship or freelancing, while supporting their role in creating a positive social impact and contributing to economic development.

It also includes various activities such as transforming innovative ideas into practical projects, equipping participants for freelancing careers, and interactive workshops and awareness sessions focused on leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
