The Arab Academy Participates with a “Distinguished” Pavilion at the International Smart Transport Exhibition

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) made a remarkable appearance at the TransMEA 2024—the International Exhibition for Smart Transport, Logistics, and Industry—recently inaugurated under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The Academy’s pavilion stood out as one of the most prominent exhibits, attracting the attention of visitors and investors alike, thanks to its display of the latest advanced technologies used in the fields of smart transport, digital transformation of logistics services, and maritime transport.

His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, was keen to inspect the Academy’s pavilion at the exhibition, which saw extensive participation from both local and international companies.

Dr. Abdel Ghaffar praised the importance of the exhibition as an international platform for showcasing expertise and exchanging knowledge. He affirmed the Academy’s commitment to harnessing its human and technological capabilities to support plans for developing the transport and logistics system and advancing toward smart cities. He also emphasized that what was presented reflects the significant progress achieved by Egyptian professionals in developing innovative solutions to address the challenges facing the sector.
