Announcement for Selection of an external expert in program evaluation

As part of improving quality management within the LeadMENA project, the University of Kairouan, as a
project partner, wishes to complement the internal monitoring system with an independent evaluation. The
project will accordingly appoint an external expert responsible for analyzing the monitoring of the
implementation of the programs developed or strengthened, as well as their achievements, in accordance with
the accreditation criteria and the objectives set within the framework of the project.
This document constitutes the terms of reference for the selection of this external expert in program
evaluation.
