AASTMT - Imkan Misr Company “Memorandum of Understanding”

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) ongoing commitment to future horizons and continuous supporting the educational process, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, and H.E. Eng. Ahmed Aref - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IMKAN Misr signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between AASTMT and Imkan Misr Real Estate Development Company. The agreement was held on Sunday 10- 5- 2026, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit - Secretary-General of the League of Arab States (LAS).

The signing ceremony aimed to enhance AASTMT strategic assets and expand its educational reach, and geographical presence. Under the agreement, Imkan Misr Company granted 45 acres in El Shorouk City for the establishment of a new educational campus that will be part of the AASTMT network that operates in the Arab Republic of Egypt, fulfill the increasing student demand, and correspond to latest educational standards.
