“Libyan General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture” Delegation at AASTMT Alamein Campus

Within the keenness of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) on strengthening its relations with international universities and institutions, AASTMT welcomed H.E. Mr. Osama Salem Younis - Director of the Training Department at the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Libya, and the accompanied delegation, on Tuesday 3- 2 2026, at AASTMT Alamein Campus.

During the visit, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President met the delegation members in the presence of AASTMT Alamein Campus College of International Transport and Logistics officials. They discussed the methods to implement the agreement signed between the Libyan General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and AASTMT Alamein Campus College of International Transport and Logistics. Through this agreement, an initiative to raise awareness of the value of the global transportation and logistics industry will be implemented in Libya. In light of Libya's reconstruction phase, the prospective partnerships in the training, education, and development of Libyan professionals and youth in international transportation and logistics were discussed.
