AASTMT College of Pharmacy Participation in “Student Exchange Program at Sapienza University of Rome”

Within the keenness of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) on the progress of the educational process, as to excel its educational services, as well as to improve the quality of education and its continuous development, AASTMT College of Pharmacy students participated in the activities of the student exchange program at Sapienza University of Rome - Italy. As part of the "TNE Impact Project", the European Union provided full funding for this two-month program.

In this context, the exchange project's partner universities hosted a special ceremony to welcome the participating students. The ceremony was held on Monday 24- 11- 2025, at Roma Tre University in Rome. A high-level delegation headed by a representative from the Egyptian Cultural Center in Rome and the Tunisian Consul in Italy joined the celebration, which was held in the presence of a number of academic staff members from different universities in Rome, the project organizers and administrators, and many international students engaging in part in the exchange program.

It is worth mentioning that AASTMT College of Pharmacy students gained advanced knowledge and practical skills in pharmacy, in addition to the academic and cultural benefits of the program, as well as their success and role as AASTMT ambassadors and their potential for cross-cultural adaptation.
